We will gladly replace any defective disks.

We cannot refund for movies that you simply do not like or the quality is not ideal (except in the case of gross misrepresentation on our part).

Please do your research and ask questions before ordering. Google and IMDB are good places to start.

In cases where a replacement is not possible or sufficient, a credit will be given for a future order. Refunds will not be given except in the most rare case.
