Information & Frequently Asked Questions

The Aol browser has trouble with logging into this site. You will need to use another browser to log onto this website. Internet Explorer, Firefox or any other browser works fine.

Q. Do you keep an email list?
A. We do keep an email list to notify customers of updates and special offers. This usually consists of 1 or maybe 2 emails a month. We do not sell, share or trade our email list with anyone else. If you do not wish to be on the email list, simply put a note on your order or in your correspondence with us. Any time you wish to be removed from our email list, just contact us and ask us to remove you. You will still receive the order and shipping confirmations. That is automatic.
Q. Do you have a print/mail catalog?
A. We do not have a printed catalog at this time. We may have one soon. The problems with a printed catalog opposed to online are the extra costs in printing and mailing, the inability to list as much detail and to keep it updated as regularly.
Q. Why must I fill in my phone number?
A. That is just the way the shopping cart is set up. We will not call you under any circumstances. You are free to fill it in with all zeros or any random numbers.
Q. How do you ship orders?
A. We ship by USPS (that's the Post Office) Priority Mail. If you need your package shipped by other means or have other special requirements, contact us and we will try to accommodate you. All packages ship in plain packaging, with no reference to the contents. Xtreme Theater does not appear anywhere on the package.
Q. Can you ship to APO addresses?
A. Yes.
Q. Can you notify me when the order ships?
A. An automatic notice will be sent to the email address you listed on the invoice after the order has been shipped. If you are not receiving the notices from us, check your junk or spam folder.
Q. I added the free movie choice(s) to the shopping cart (instead of the comment area) or I forgot to apply a discount. Can't you just charge me the lower amount?
A. No, Sorry. We need to charge the amount shown on the invoice. The amount we charged needs to match up to our actual deposits and tax records. We can cancel the order and let you resubmit it properly, if you contact us soon enough.
Q. Why don't you list running times on the majority of your movies?
A. Sometimes different sources list different running times for the same movies. This can be due to different versions, cut or uncut scenes, cutting off the start or end credits, etc. We do not sit through the entire viewing of each and every movie we have to make sure to have an accurate running time listed. Most of the movies can be found on IMDB, or through a google search. We can not guarantee another sources listed running time as accurate though.
