If you have any problems using a coupon code on check out, let us know so we can look into the issue. The coupons do not expire, but we do only keep them validated on the website for 3 years. They can still be used after that time, but will either need to be mailed in, or notify us, so we can extend their time. Many of the coupon codes were not transferred from the old website. If you have a coupon that was issued previous to the new website, please notify us, so we can check our back up records and validate them on the website.

A movie purchased using a coupon issued by us, is not considered a purchased movie in regards to Free movies. In other words, if you order 5 movies and use a free movie discount coupon to pay for one of them, you are actually only paying for 4 movies and do not qualify for another free movie. You would need to actually pay for 5 movies to qualify for another free movie.
